Kuwait Emigration Clearance Procedures from Chennai
After Receiving the visa from your Sponsor some procedures are to be done in India, First take PCC [ Police Clearance Certificate ] from the Regional passport office.and then go for Medical test in Kuwait Embassy approved Medical center, For Children Pcc & Medical not Required but you have to get a Vaccination certificate from the Medical center. Last You have to Make Sure your passport is holding a Seal mentioning "Emigration Check Required" (ECR),If this seal is there you have to obtain "Emigration Clearance" from the office of Protector of Emigrants (POE) for going to Kuwait for Job purpose,Know More Click Here
The Indian passport holders who have the stamp of ECR, are required to get emigration clearance from Protector of Emigrants if going out to any country except Pakistan, Bangladesh, European countries (excluding CIS countries), all countries of North America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea and South Africa.
Indian passport holders who have the stamp of ECNR, do not require to take any emigration clearance from POE for going to any country.
